CBD PRC Treatments

What is CBD?
Cannabidiol (CBD) affects the body’s Endocannabinoid system (ECS); ECS is responsible for maintaining the body’s equilibrium. ECS aids in the production of natural cannabinoid in the body, and impacts sleep, pain, immune response, hormones, mood, and appetite.

Why use CBD?
CBD applied topically rejuvenates & soothes the skin, noticeably relieving pain, rashes, and irritation, reducing acne, reducing inflammation, hydrating the skin, plus it has antibacterial antioxidant and antimicrobial properties. CBD aids in other conditions such as
Pain Relief
Muscle Spasms
Anxiety and much much more........

So what is PCR hemp oil?
CBD (cannabidiol) is one of over 60 active chemical compounds (or ‘cannabinoids’) in the marijuana plant. CBD functions by binding to cannabinoid receptors in the body’s endocannabinoid system. It has a myriad of health and wellness benefits that comes in several different forms.
There are many different kinds of CBD on the market. My specific product is THC free and rich in phytocannibinoids, terpens, and fatty acid. Refered to as PCR hemp oil.
You may be familiar with Hemp seed oil. Hemp seed oil is great for skin but doesn’t contain phytocannibinoids.
When applied to the skin, the PCR hemp oil absorbs quickly and easily.
Will I get high or flunk a drug test while using CBD products?
No. THC is the psychoactive cannabinoid that makes you high, not CBD. My product does not contain THC.
THC is not legal in all states, but CBD products without THC are perfectly legal to use anywhere. The CBD I use has 0.0% THC in the formulation.
So what does it have to do with spray tans?
I am providing a whole body treatment when I spray tan clients. Using a natural primer spray as a carrier for a PCR Herbal Treatment is a great way to add the benefit of CBD on your entire body in a quick & easy application.
CBD also combats dryness and soothes dry skin, one main enemy of spray tans.
It’s the same concept as why we prefer spray tans over self tanners - even coverage, whole body treatment, efficient and mess free.
The PCR Herbal Concentrate is packed with other herbs that are known to help skin.
This furthers my pursuit of a “cleaner” spray tan experience.
But it is an oil?
Despite being hemp “oil”, this formulation is water soluble. It’s highly absorptive on the skin because of patent pending nano-technology, and easily blends with the solution without any negative effects on stability of the product or separation. It feels and sprays the same as a primer that isn’t infused.
The product is absorbed in to the skin - you don’t wash it off when you shower, but leaving it on you skin for a minimum of 8 hrs is recommended for maximum absorption.
What are some other beauty benefits to CBD?
CBD is full of omega acids 3, 6 & 9 so it helps hydrate the skin and aid in cellular turnover. It’s not going to block your pores and has actually been shown to decrease sebum without depleting it, thus balancing skin and helping with acne.
CBD also has strong anti-inflammatory effects, reducing swelling and redness.
CBD wants your body to return to homeostasis and then stay there.
The PCR Concentrate is a combination of CBD rich PCR hemp oil, tulsi basil, lavender, chamomile, rose, and other key herbal hydrosols that can also help return stressed skin and emotions to balance. Organic witch hazel and aloe balance skin’s pH.
What is the difference between CBD, marijuana, and hemp?
Hemp and marijuana both come from the Cannabis plant family, and the key difference between the two is their THC content. Hemp expresses less than .3% THC. Marijuana expresses a THC content over .3%. Marijuana has a high percentage of THC, which is psychoactive and well-known for the “high” it produces. Hemp, on the other hand, has a low THC percentage (0.3% or less). CBD is extracted from hemp and has no psychoactive effect.
How does CBD work?
CBD interacts with the body’s endocannabinoid system. While CBD is a phytocannabinoid, or plant-based cannabinoid, your body also naturally produces cannabinoids, known as endocannabinoids. All cannabinoids, including CBD, produce effects in the body by attaching to certain receptors, called the CB1 receptors and CB2 receptors. CB1 receptors are located throughout the body, but many are in the brain.
The CB1 receptors in the brain deal with coordination and movement, pain, emotions, and mood, thinking, appetite, and memories, among other factors. CB2 receptors are more common in the immune system. They affect inflammation and pain.
What is the endocannabinoid system (ECS)?
Within the human body exists the Endoconnabinoid System. It’s a regulatory system consisting of cannabinoid receptors, mainly CB1 and CB2. The Endoconnabinoid System regulates and balances many functions of the body and is also part of your neurotransmitter system, which is what allows your nerves to communicate and work efficiently. Stress, poor diet or too many free radicals and toxins, can make the Endoconnabinoid System become unbalanced causing you to experience some nasty symptoms, for example, increased anxiety, an upset digestive system, inflammation, a weakened immune system and increased sensitivity to pain. CBD can stimulate the ECS receptors, which supplements a naturally occurring system and helps your body find proper balance again.
CBD topical treatments can help reduce both the intrinsic and extrinsic signs of aging by interacting with our body's ECS. ... This also makes CBD an effective treatment for eczema and psoriasis. Fighting Inflammation: As an anti-inflammatory.
